A product of the Fosroc Scottish Rugby Academy, Patrick Kelly made his debut for Glasgow Warriors in November 2016, coming off the bench against the Ospreys at Scotstoun.

A pacy centre, the Highland RFC product scored on his first appearance in a Warriors shirt in a 63-0 win over Canada 'A' in Stirling in 2016, before crossing the whitewash once again in the 50-17 victory over Harlequins in Perth two years later.

The former Merchiston Castle pupil previously played his rugby with Le Parc, and was a recipient of the prestigious MacPhail Scholarship in 2016.

Kelly has represented Scotland throughout the age-grades, and was selected for the 2015 World Rugby U20 Championship in Italy.

The Inverness-born midfielder was also a key member of the Scotland 7s squad in 2019/20, representing the men in blue on the HSBC World 7s Series.

He was named in the wider training group for Team GB ahead of the Tokyo Olympics, alongside Glasgow and Scotland team-mate Robbie Fergusson.
