Hamish Bain linked up with Glasgow Warriors ahead of the 2020/21 season, becoming Danny Wilson's fourth new signing as Head Coach.
The Edinburgh-born second-rower made the switch to Scotstoun from Stade Nicois, having spent two years with the French side through Scottish Rugby's partnership with the Federale 1 outfit.
Bain impressed observers with his dynamic ball-carrying during his time on the south of France, scoring three tries in 37 appearances.
A graduate of the FOSROC Scottish Rugby Academy, he was also part of the Scotland squad to record a best-ever finish of fifth at the 2017 World Rugby U20 Championship in Georgia alongside fellow Warriors including Stafford McDowall and Matt Fagerson.
Bain has also represented Currie at Tennents Premiership level, helping them to reach the semi-finals in 2018.
