We take great pride in reaching out to help support rugby in our region. Our selection of programmes, specifically designed to support rugby development, aim to help build strong and purposeful relationships.
6 Weeks operating on: 6, 13, 20, 27 May 3, 10 June.
The programme for 30-55 year olds is designed to help motivate you to get you in shape and improve your general health and wellbeing at the home of Glasgow Warriors.
This programme is for people who are looking for that extra bit of motivation to become active and will involve rugby-based activities, gym work and circuits.
The 6 week programme starts on Monday 6 May and will be held every Monday at Scotstoun Stadium.
Block one will be from 6.30pm until 7.30pm and Block 2 will be from 8pm until 9pm. Whichever block you book you must stay on for the duration, you cannot move between blocks.
