Warrior Fit

The programme for 30-55 year olds is designed to help motivate you to get you in shape for 2019 and improve your general health and wellbeing at the home of Glasgow Warriors.

This programme is for people who are not very active and will involve rugby-based activities, gym work and circuits.

The 10-week programme starts on Monday 21 January and will be held every Monday at Scotstoun Stadium.

Block one will be from 6.30pm until 7.30pm and Block 2 will be from 8pm until 9pm. Whichever block you book you must stay on for the duration, you cannot move between blocks.

10 Weeks operating on: 21, 28 Jan, 4, 11, 18, 25 Feb, 4, 11, 18, 25 March
