Special Match Ball Delivery planned for Exeter

One lucky Warriors supporter will have the opportunity to present the match ball alongside a former fan’s favourite at the game against Exeter Chiefs this Saturday.

With the game on course to be Glasgow’s tenth consecutive sell out of the season, the club will reach another milestone against the English Champions by surpassing 500,000 supporters through the turnstiles since the Warriors moved to Scotstoun permanently in 2012.

The supporter possessing the 6,169th ticket scanned into the stadium on Saturday will become Glasgow’s half a millionth ticket holder and will be located by a member of staff and invited to present the match ball ahead of kick off.

The lucky fan will be joined by former fan’s favourite and Italian international Simone Favaro in presenting the ball as the club recognises and celebrates his time at Scotstoun.

In order to locate and prepare our 500,000th fan, the club encourages all supporters to arrive at the stadium early and make their way to their seats by at least 12.50pm.
