Duo renew with Warriors ahead of new season

Two more of Glasgow Warriors’ partners have renewed ahead of the new campaign, with Lenco Utilities and HF Group continuing their association with the club.

The agreement will see both companies remain as the club’s partners for the 2017/18 season, ahead of Dave Rennie’s first match in charge of his new side.

First established in 1993, Lenco Utilities have been part of key projects in telecommunications, gas and water distribution and civil engineering, to name just three.

Present projects include the upgrading of street lighting across the UK, as well as bringing natural gas to the homes of Northern Ireland. The company extended its association with the club in January 2017, before renewing ahead of the new campaign.

Speaking about the partnership, Lenco Utilities Director John Lennon said: “Lenco Utilities are pleased to continue our support with the Glasgow Warriors, and look forward to an exciting season and the new PRO14 format.

“We would like to wish the Warriors the very best of luck for the season ahead.”

Based in Glasgow, HF Group are one of the country’s leading specialists in next-generation technologies, having diversified from a renowned background in the world of electrical contracting.

Having become the club’s twelfth partner just under a year ago, the company – who offer such services as fire protection and access control – will once again be part of the Warriors business family.

“There is a sense of belonging since becoming an official partner of Glasgow Warriors,” said Hugh Fulton.

“Therefore, we had no hesitation in extending our association, and everyone is looking forward to the season ahead.”
