‘The Famous Grouse Pre-Season Challenge’, in association with Perth & Kinross Council will be part of a huge weekend of activity in the city, with the rugby arena also being used for other events.

From 12.45pm Stuart Hogg, Ali Price and Co-Captains Callum Gibbins and Ryan Wilson will be at the Macron Store, where you can have the first chance to buy the new Home and Alternate playing kit for 2018/19. The new kit is also available online NOW at shop.scottishrugby.org

Match Day Catering and Bar Offerings with Perthshire Rugby

Supporters are welcome to come along early, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy pre-match drinks and lunch with Perthshire Rugby. 

To celebrate 150 years of rugby in Perth, the club is providing a 30 station, covered, quick-serve bar featuring Innis & Gunn Lager Beer and Session IPA, along with wine, cider, soft drink and limited selection of spirits including those from official event sponsor, The Famous Grouse. 

There will be a fantastic selection of quality local produce to tempt you alongside pre-match favourites in the arena food court. The bar and catering vendors will be operating from 11.30am until 6pm with a vast array of options for all tastes.

Perthshire Kitchen Farmer, Jim Fairlie, will be offering premium-cut steak and lamb burgers, quality steak pies and outdoor-reared pork bacon rolls. The Rolling Stove will be providing chilli beef, pulled pork and vegetarian loaded fries or nachos. Freshly prepared pizzas & fresh fish and chips will be available for purchase alongside delicious Thai and Malaysian inspired meals and light bites including Thai yellow curry and chicken satay. Fancy something sweet? Freshly prepared sweet and savoury crepes and ice cream will also be available for sale alongside a delicious range of coffee and cakes by Procaffeinate. Cash and card payments will be taken.

All bar proceeds will support Perthshire Rugby Club fundraising in their 150th year. Perthshire Rugby’s team of members and volunteers is looking forward to welcoming you for a fantastic day of rugby in Perth.

There is no dedicated parking for this event. Please use one of the long stay car parks in the city centre.

Please note, parking for this event is not available at Bell’s Sports Centre. Ticket holders requiring accessible parking need to contact the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre in advance.

Perth Railway station is a 15 minute walk away from North Inch.

Supporters who intend to travel together in coaches or buses, should park at Shore Road, Perth PH2 8BD

From Shore Road supporters can enjoy a short walk along the River Tay to the arena in North Inch.
