Glasgow Warriors stand-off Ruaridh Jackson spoke to www.glasgowwarriors.org today about being given the starting number 10 berth for the first game of the season against Leinster.

However, although Jackson is buoyed by the vote of confidence from head coach Sean Lineen, he is fully aware of the test he faces against Leinster and the fight to keep his jersey from team-mate Duncan Weir.

The Warriors welcome two-time Magners League champions and former Heineken Cup winners, Leinster, to Firhill on Friday night (3 September, kick-off 7.05pm).
