Well here we are. It's just a matter of hours now until we face the Scarlets in the final game of the regular Magners League season. We are safe in the knowledge that we have already qualified for the inaugural play-offs and I was particularly pleased to mark this achievement with a good win over European champions, Leinster, two weeks ago in front of a noisy Firhill crowd. You, the fans, have been with us every step of the way and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support this season. I cannot stress enough how good the atmosphere at Firhill has become. Our crowds are continuing to rise and I hope that is partly down to the efforts of the players both on the park and out in the community. Our place in the play-offs, and the results that have brought us to this point, are testament to the hard work everyone has put in. Tonight's result could determine the venue of our semi-final play-off outright. However, we may need to be patient and await the results from the other matches being played on Sunday. Therefore, I urge you to take a look at the Warriors' website to ensure you have all the ticketing information you need ahead of next week. Further match information will be available once the venue for the play-off has been confirmed. Once again, thank you for your support and I hope we will see you at Firhill, or on the road, for what we are all striving to make our penultimate game of the season. Alastair Kellock |
