After discussion with their broadcast partners, BBC Wales, S4C and Setanta Sports, Celtic Rugby today released the confirmed dates and kick-off times for Magners League matches up until the New Year. Glasgow Warriors will begin the 2009/10 Magners League campaign at home to reigning champions Munster on Friday 4 September (kick-off 7:30pm) with a Sunday sizzler against the Scarlets the following week (Sunday 13 September, kick-off 5:05pm). Tickets for the opening game of the Magners League season against Munster are on sale now priced at £15 for adults in advance (£20 on match-day), £10 for concessions and £5 for under 18s. The Warriors’ pre-season preparations will step up a gear next week when the squad travels to Issoire in France to take part in the Challenge Auvergne where they will play Stade Rochelais on Tuesday 4 August and hosts Clermont Auvergne on Friday 7 August. Both games are scheduled to kick-off at 8pm local time. The team will then face Doncaster Knights at Castle Park on Friday 21 August (kick-off 7:30pm) before facing London Wasps at Firhill on Friday 28 August (kick-off 7:30pm). The 2009/10 Glasgow Warriors season ticket has more benefits than ever before.
