Japan 15-34 Samoa

Glasgow Warriors prop Justin Va’a crossed for a try in the 36th minute during Samoa’s 15-34 win over Japan at the Pacific Nations Cup today.

Samoa’s six tries earned them a valuable bonus-point win over the Japanese.

Samoa led 12-0 at half time before Jack Tarrant and Hirotoki Onozawa scored soon after the break to tie the match up at 12-12.

But that was to be the last score by Japan as Samoa took control of the match.
