Glasgow Warriors were simply on fire tonight at they romped to a six-try 21-38 win over the Scarlets at the Parc Y Scarlets tonight.

The Warriors’ performance was so clinical that they had the four-try bonus point in the bag shortly after the half-hour mark.

Thom Evans snatched the first of his two tries in the 11th minute. Colin Gregor converted.

Two tries from John Barclay, Gregor converting the second, set up Moray Low to cross for the bonus point after just 32 minutes. Gregor once again added the extras.

Stephen Jones kept the scoreboard ticking over for the Scarlets, but even once Gavin Evans dotted down, the Warriors still held a convincing 14-26 half-time advantage.

A score from Max Evans, converted by Gregor, was equalled moments later as Dafydd Jones crossed for the hosts.

However, despite a late fight-back from the Scarlets, Glasgow sealed the win with Thom Evans’ second.
