All of Glasgow's points came from the boot of Dan Parks as the stand-off slotted five penalties and controlled the game in extremely wet and windy conditions. Leinster’s Argentine point’s machine, Felipe Contepomi, could only muster four penalties as Leinster chased the game all night. The only sniff of a try all night came from the home side as Max Evans combined with Lome Fa'atau on the right wing before crossing the line in a move straight from the training ground. However, the score was disallowed after officials pulled play back for an alleged forward pass. The Magners League now takes a four week break for the Autumn Internationals. Glasgow will return to action on Friday 28 November (kick-off 7:30pm) when they welcome Cardiff Blues to the city. However, Glasgow rugby fans can get their fix of live action at Firhill on Friday 14 November when the Scotland 'A' team face Georgia at the home of the Warriors. Details on ticket prices and how to book will be announced very soon.
